Job Description

·        Perform bank reconciliations

·        Tally entries of transporter payments and update transporter details

·        Handle TDS payments and quarterly return filings

·        Tally entries of employee salaries, incentives and expenses daily

·        Transporter detention document filling.

·        RTO expenses entries

·        Enter transactions for Happy Card, BPCL, and maintenance bills

·        Record staff salaries and advance payments in Tally

·        Vendors’ MSME data updating

·        Enter bank receipts, PO, Fast Tag, and Toll Tax transactions

·        GST ITC claim working

  • Maintain transporter documentation and record advance payments
