Job Description
Ø Engage with OEM, Key Customers ,Government agencies ,Warehouse developers ,3rd Party Logistics ,End users .
Ø Identify and grow business for after sales business line.( enquiry to handover including Payments )
Ø Develop and maintain customer relationship
Ø Bring in new enquiries and validate the enquiries (Bid & No Bid both)
Ø Facilitate in association with proposal team for technical clarification either in person ,by telephone or electronically
Ø Co-ordinate with proposal teams to ensure preparation of Quotation documentation in a timely fashion .
Ø Prepare Quotation
Ø Follow-up on Quotation and obtain feedback .
Ø Ready to travel on short notice for business requirements India and abroad as and when needed .
Ø Co-ordination and support to channel management business
Ø Achieve target for the product
Ø Inform customers of technological improvements and advantages to the customer of using the company`s products.
Ø Follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
Ø Resolve customer complaints and warranty issues
Handle quality problems that arise in the field in a fair and equitable manner to both the customer and the company
Ø Receivable management
Ø Participation in Exhibitions ,Trade Events .
Ø Maintain appropriate records as required by sales management and submit required reports regarding market conditions on a regular basis.
