- 💬 Tele-counseling: Engage with prospective students and guide them to choose the right IT courses.
- 📞 Cold Calling: Generate inquiries and referrals by connecting with fresh graduates.
- 🎯 Achieve Targets: Meet admissions goals and contribute to the company’s growth.
- 👥 Student Support: Empower learners with tailored career advice and training options.
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
- ✅ Prior experience in IT training institute counseling (Preference).
- 🚫 Non-Eligible Experiences: Teaching, psychological counseling, or school admission counseling.
- ✅ Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
- ✅ Strong sales and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset.
- ✅ Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer literacy.
- ✅ A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
