HR Recruiter

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding. The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of modern hiring tools and a passion for finding the right talent for the right role.  

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing: Proactively source potential candidates through various online channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed Apna, etc.)

Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.  

HRMS Management: Maintain and update candidate data accurately within the HRMS (Human Resource Management System).  

Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers; provide timely feedback to all applicants.  

Documentation: Handle post-selection documentation, including background verification and offer letter preparation.

Database Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for future hiring needs.  

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an HR Recruiter.

Portal Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Sourcing Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Apna).

Technical Savvy: Familiarity with HRMS software and basic MS Office (Excel & Word).

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi.

Negotiation: Ability to handle salary negotiations and explain company benefits clearly.
