Senior Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, selection)
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
• Post jobs on portals and maintain candidate database
• Ensure timely closure of positions, especially F&B and kitchen roles

2. Onboarding & Joining Process:

• Handle complete onboarding process for new hires
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining kits
• Conduct induction and orientation programs
• Ensure smooth joining and documentation completion

3. HR Documentation:

• Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR MIS
• Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database
• Ensure all statutory and company documents are updated

4. Payroll Assistance:

• Coordinate attendance and leave data for payroll processing
• Assist accounts team in salary processing
• Handle employee queries related to salary, PF, ESIC, etc.

5. Exit Process (Offboarding):

• Manage resignation, notice period tracking, and exit formalities
• Conduct exit interviews and maintain records
• Ensure full & final settlement coordination with accounts
• Collect company assets and complete clearance process

6. Employee Relations & HR Operations:

• Address employee concerns and maintain healthy work environment
• Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies
• Support performance appraisal process
• Implement HR policies and procedures
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in hotel/hospitality industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software
