Job Description

Job Title: Payroll Compliance Specialist (NAPS/NATS Preferred)

 Location: Chakan, Pune

 Experience: 0–3 Years

 Vacancies: 4



Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Compliance Specialist with NAPS/NATS experience preferred, who can manage payroll operations and ensure compliance with statutory regulations like EPF, ESIC, PT, and Income Tax.


 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end payroll processing (salary, deductions, benefits)
  • Ensure statutory compliance and timely filings
  • Maintain payroll records, reports, and reconciliation
  • Resolve employee queries related to payroll and deductions
  • Support audits and documentation

 Requirements

  • NAPS/NATS experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of payroll & statutory compliance
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Good communication and attention to detail
