HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage bulk hiring requirements. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating large-scale hiring while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring positions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage daily interview line-ups and follow-ups
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
• Coordinate with candidates for joining and documentation
• Ensure timely closures of open positions
• Organize and manage bulk hiring drives / walk-in interviews

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of recruitment platforms (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
• Strong coordination and time management skills
• Ability to handle high-volume hiring pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA in HR (optional but preferred)
