Hiring For HR Recruiter
Company: Talent Corp Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Chakan, Pune
Salary: 15,000 to 20,000 per month
Requirement: Only Female Candidates
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential candidates from the provided database
Explain job openings and company details clearly
Screen candidates over the phone for basic eligibility
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
Maintain daily calling reports and follow-up records
Support bulk hiring & mass recruitment drives
Assist senior recruiters in sourcing and onboarding
Learn end-to-end recruitment process step by step
Ensure proper follow-up for interview attendance and joining
Education:
Any Graduate / MBA (HR Preferred)
Experience:
Freshers can apply
Candidates with HR Recruitment experience preferred
Skills Required
Good communication & convincing skills
Comfortable with tele-calling and regular follow-ups
Willingness to learn HR & recruitment processes
Target-oriented and energetic personality
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel knowledge is an advantage)
Additional Information
Immediate joiners preferred
