What You'll Do:

1. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the right price under the best terms.

2. Assess clients’ financial needs and abilities to propose suitable real estate solutions

3. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values.

4. Negotiate deals, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters to ensure fair and transparent transactions.

5. Manage sales activities for real estate projects.

6. Engage prospective buyers and actively promote property offerings.

7. Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and customers; schedule site visits.

8. Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
