Job Title: Sales Executive – Industrial & Interior Projects
Location: Pune (Industrial Areas – Chakan, Talegaon, Ranjangaon, Bhosari, Hinjewadi, etc.)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with 3–4 years of experience in civil/construction-related sales. The candidate should have good knowledge of industrial construction and office interior works, along with strong client-handling and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities in industrial construction & office interior projects
- Regular client visits in industrial areas across Pune
- Develop and maintain relationships with:
- Factory owners
- Purchase departments
- Project heads / Admin teams
- Architects and Designers company.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical team for proposals
- Follow up on quotations
- Participate in meetings, negotiations, and closing deals
- Track project pipeline and maintain sales reports
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of:
- Industrial civil construction (PEB sheds, RCC work, flooring, etc.)
- Office interior works (partitions, false ceiling, glass work, etc.)
- Ability to understand drawings/BOQ (basic level)
Sales Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Lead generation and conversion ability
- Client relationship management
- Follow-up and closing skills
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification:
- BE/B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred)
- OR
- Any graduate with relevant construction sales experience
- Experience:
- 3–4 years in construction / industrial / interior sales
Other Requirements
- Must have own two-wheeler / vehicle
- Willingness to travel daily across Pune industrial areas
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & email communication
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in industrial projects / factory works
- Existing network in Pune industrial belt is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
