Senior Interior Designer – Execution

We are hiring a Senior Interior Designer – Execution who can independently handle interior project execution from site handover to final completion. The role requires strong site experience, contractor coordination, and the ability to ensure designs are implemented accurately on site.

The candidate will manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate with vendors and clients, and ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality finishing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead complete on-site execution of interior projects 

2. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and material specifications

3. Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress and workmanship

4. Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, civil contractors, and vendors

5. Supervise installation of furniture, modular units, lighting, and finishes

6. Resolve day-to-day site issues and execution challenges

7. Take site measurements and verify drawings before execution

8. Track project timelines and maintain execution schedules

9. Inspect work quality and prepare snag list before handover

10. Attend client meetings and provide site progress updates

11. Ensure materials used on site match approved samples

12. Guide junior designers and site supervisors

Required Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of interior site execution

2. Good understanding of materials, hardware, and finishing work

3. Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings

4. Strong contractor and vendor coordination skills

5. Problem-solving and decision-making ability on site

6. Good communication and client-handling skills

Software Knowledge:

1. AutoCAD (Mandatory)

2. SketchUp / 3D understanding (preferred)

3. MS Excel (basic BOQ & tracking)
