Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support and possess excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Explain company products and services to potential customers.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Follow up with customers to ensure maximum conversions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support and service delivery.
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience as a Telecalling Executive, Telesales Executive, or Customer Support Executive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Positive attitude with good customer handling skills.
• Graduate candidates are preferred; however, experienced candidates with relevant qualifications may also apply.
