Telesales Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Executive to promote and sell our products/services over the phone. • Key ResponsibilitiesContact potential and existing customers via telephone.
• Explain products or services and answer customer questions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
