Job Title: Telecaller – Real EstateJob SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases.
• Handle inbound calls and answer customer inquiries about projects and properties.
• Explain property features, pricing, location, and available offers.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Schedule site visits and follow up with prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers until closure.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handover.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Required SkillsGood communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or the local language.
• Confident and professional phone etiquette.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• QualificationMinimum: 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Experience in real estate telesales or customer service is an advantage.
• Salary₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience).
• Incentives based on performance.
• Working Hours10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
