Reporting To: Operation Head

Job Summary: The Tooling Engineer will oversee design, development, and maintenance of tooling systems to support efficient manufacturing operations.

  1. Key Responsibilities Manage tool design, development, and maintenance
  2. Ensure availability and performance of tools for production
  3. Optimize tooling costs and lifecycle management
  4. Coordinate with production and design teams
  5. Implement improvements in tooling processes
  6. Ensure quality standards and precision in tooling
  7. Lead tool room team and skill development
  8. Key Skills & CompetenciesExpertise in tooling design and manufacturing
  9. Problem-solving and analytical skills
  10. Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems 

Experience: 5-10 years in tooling design, development, maintenance, and tool room operations

Industry Background: Experience in Heavy Engineering, Precision Components, or Plastic Injection Molding/ Rubber industries are preferred
