The candidate will be responsible for student counseling, career guidance, admissions support, lead management, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities✅ Counsel students and parents regarding higher education opportunities in India and abroad.

✅ Provide guidance for admissions in:

·        Engineering

·        MBBS

·        MD/MS

·        Management Programs

·        Other Professional Courses

✅ Assist students in selecting the most suitable course and college based on their:

·        Academic Profile

·        Interests

·        Career Goals

✅ Handle student inquiries through:

·        Calls

·        Emails

·        Social Media

·        Walk-ins

✅ Explain:

·        Admission Procedures

·        Eligibility Criteria

·        Fee Structures

·        Documentation Requirements

✅ Follow up with prospective students until admission confirmation.

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with:

·        Students

·        Parents

·        Educational Institutions

✅ Maintain accurate student records and CRM data.

✅ Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets.

✅ Participate in:

·        Educational Fairs

·        Seminars

·        Webinars

·        Promotional Activities

✅ Stay updated with admission policies, entrance examinations, and educational trends.
