About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Education Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting the right academic programs and support them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to achieve enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students regarding academic programs, eligibility criteria, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
• Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable courses.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries from students and parents.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Assist students with application submission, documentation, and enrollment formalities.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Conduct career guidance sessions and educational presentations.
• Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in education counseling, admissions, sales, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
