Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, technically strong, and execution-oriented In-House Architect to join our real estate development company for upcoming residential and commercial projects. The candidate will work closely with the principal project architect, consultants, site engineers, and management team to ensure smooth coordination between design, execution, functionality, and project vision.

The role requires involvement from the conceptual stage to execution, ensuring that the design intent is maintained while optimizing practicality, cost, timelines, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate closely with the external project architect and design consultants.
• Review architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, and working drawings.
• Ensure designs align with the developer’s vision, market positioning, and project feasibility.
• Assist in design development, space planning, façade concepts, and material selection.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants.
• Visit site regularly to monitor architectural execution and finishing quality.
• Resolve on-site architectural and design-related issues.
• Verify drawings before execution and ensure revisions are properly communicated.
• Assist management in design decisions, value engineering, and optimization.
• Review mock-ups, samples, and finishing details.
• Maintain design consistency throughout the project.
• Coordinate with approval consultants and ensure compliance with local regulations and development control rules.
• Prepare presentations, design reports, and project documentation when required.
• Support branding and aesthetic direction for the project.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of architecture, planning, and construction detailing.
• Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Knowledge of materials, façade systems, finishing techniques, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong site coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of real estate development and practical execution challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 2–6 years of experience in architecture, preferably in residential/commercial real estate projects.
• Experience in site coordination and execution will be preferred.
