Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer follow-up calls for service reminders and collect customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate customer and service records.
  • Update and manage data in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of reports.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth customer communication and service scheduling.
  • Verify data accuracy and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
