Job Description: Billing Executive

About us:

We are in the project of kind of business in renewable energy segment. We are in this business for more than 25 years. 

Job Requirement:

·       Job involves recoding daily transactions sales & purchase

·       Preparing Tax Invoices & billing documents as per the customers format & requirements

·       Preparing & issuing Purchase Orders as per Bill of Material provided by associate team members.

·       Checking & certifying purchase bills sent by supplier. Preparing payment vouchers.

·       Send ledgers, outstanding statements & payment request letter by email to the customers.

·       Preparing GST related data & providing it to CA. Making GST payments on time.

·       Maintain proper filing of the documents as per the filing system.

We are looking for the candidate who is willing to work as per our requirement along with other associate team members.

Qualification & Skill required:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) 

Experience: Fresher or having 2-3 years’ experience in related field

Gender: Female

Skill Requirement:

·       Proficiency in ‘Tally’ accounting software

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word

·       Good communication skills

·       Working experience of using Internet & Emails 

·       Mandatory knowledge of computer operations

·       Proficiency in using the internet and email communication
