Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the design of business processes, focusing on their characteristics and key performance indicators to align with functional requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the designs, while also working closely with the Application Architect to develop a detailed process blueprint. You will participate in quality management reviews to ensure that all business and design requirements are met, facilitating a seamless integration of processes and applications. Your role will be pivotal in driving the application requirements and metrics that support the overall business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and design specifications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and design methodologies.
- Experience with performance metrics and key performance indicators.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with quality management principles and practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
