Job Title: Home Loan Telecaller / Sales ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Home Loan Telecaller / Sales Executive to connect with potential customers from the provided leads database. The candidate will explain home loan products offered by partner government banks, guide customers through eligibility and documentation, and coordinate with the sales and loan processing team to ensure smooth loan application processing.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact potential customers using the provided leads or database.
• Explain home loan products, interest rates, and benefits offered through partner government banks.
• Understand customer requirements and guide them regarding loan eligibility criteria.
• Inform customers about required documents for home loan processing.
• Convince and assist customers in moving forward with the loan application process.
• Schedule meetings or follow-ups with the sales or loan processing team.
• Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and lead status in the CRM system.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers to convert leads into successful loan applications.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead conversion targets.
• Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Basic understanding of banking or home loan products (preferred).
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• QualificationMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any field.
• Experience in telecalling, banking, or sales is preferred (Freshers may also apply).
• Preferred Candidate ProfileStrong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
