Customer Relations Executive

Role Summary

The Customer Relations Executive will visit opticians across the city to deliver finished spectacle lenses, maintain relationships with clients, and collect new orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit optical stores daily to deliver spectacle lenses.
• Collect new lens orders from opticians.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Communicate order details clearly to the office/production team.
• Collect payments or follow up on outstanding amounts when required.
• Provide feedback from customers regarding products and service.
