The Position

The Delivery Management Professional (SE5) independently manages the delivery of IT solutions or products, solves problems within their scope, builds stakeholder relationships, and aligns work with broader objectives while supporting team development. In this role, you will take ownership of clearly defined tasks, small to medium-sized projects, or initiatives, contributing to larger project scopes. Depending on the organization's needs, you may operate within role archetypes such as Project Manager or Scrum Master.

The Opportunity: In this role, you will have the chance to make a tangible impact on our IT delivery processes:

• Take ownership of clearly defined tasks and small to medium-sized projects, ensuring high-quality delivery within your area of responsibility.

• Assist in outlining and documenting the scope for larger projects, pinpointing key components and proactively flagging potential issues.

• Contribute to the definition of product roadmaps and service improvement plans, helping the team understand and maintain a manageable scope.

• Independently analyze delivery problems to identify root causes and propose effective, well-defined solutions for your stakeholders.

• Identify and engage key stakeholders, delivering tailored communication and facilitating meetings to ensure their needs and interests are met.

• Manage expectations and build trust with product teams and peers, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve targeted outcomes.

• Drive process improvements within your immediate scope, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and project execution.

• Apply standard methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or ITIL with increasing proficiency to manage a moderate number of related deliverables.

Who you are: We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives on delivery and collaboration:

• Experienced in IT delivery, with a track record of managing small to medium-sized initiatives or workstreams within a larger product context.

• ERP Specialist with specific experience delivering projects within Enterprise Resource Planning environments.

• Knowledgeable across functional domains such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, or Commercial.

• Analytically minded with the ability to independently solve problems, question assumptions, and propose improvements based on root-cause analysis.

• Strong Communicator capable of building rapport, managing stakeholder expectations, and facilitating productive team discussions.

• Certified Professional with project management training such as PMP or SAFe certification.

• Educated Professional with a relevant degree and years of experience demonstrating growing autonomy and expertise in project/product delivery.
