IMMEDIATE HIRING | PRODUCTION ENGINEER Supertharrm Globals | Talegaon, Pune | Full Time


Salary: As per industry standards Experience: 2 to 5 Years Education: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Joining: Immediate


Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise fabrication and welding work on shop floor
  • Oversee boiler assembly, hydro testing and pre-dispatch inspection
  • Plan daily production schedules and manage manpower
  • Ensure work is done as per drawings and IBR norms
  • Coordinate with QC, design and stores teams
  • Maintain production records and reports
  • Follow and enforce safety rules at all times


Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of fabrication and welding (SMAW, GTAW, FCAW)
  • IBR knowledge preferred
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Good leadership and communication skills
