Job Title: Business development Associate- Sales - Pune Location

Roles and Responsibilities:

* End-to-end sales of new properties through Cold calling 

* Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties.

* Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures 

* Achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.

Skills Required:

* Excellent communication skills written and verbal.

* Proficient in both Hindi & English and local language is advantage

* MS office

* Customer relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills • Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence Educational

Qualification & Work Experience : • A graduate from any discipline is preferred

* 6 months of experience in sales in any industry is preferred. Applicant must be currently employed or serving notice period
