Job Title:Construction & Interior Client Sales Executive

Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to generate leads and convert clients for construction and interior design services. The candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding project requirements, and closing sales deals.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through calls, site visits, references, and digital platforms
• Meet potential clients and explain construction & interior services
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with design/technical team
• Prepare and present quotations and proposals
• Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed projects
• Maintain client database and sales reports
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (any field; Civil/Marketing preferred)
• 1–3 years experience in construction, real estate, or interior sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of construction and interior work
• Ability to handle clients and close deals
• Two-wheeler & local travel readiness
• Skills Required:Sales & negotiation
• Client handling
• Communication (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
• Basic technical understanding
• CRM / follow-up management
