Job Description

PositionSales Executive – Real Estate

Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate channel partner firm. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, conducting site visits, and closing property sales for residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales ability, and basic understanding of the real estate market.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, references, walk-ins, portal leads, and social media.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties/projects.
  • Conduct project presentations and property site visits.
  • Follow up with prospective buyers regularly.
  • Coordinate with developers and internal teams for inventory and pricing updates.
  • Maintain customer database and daily follow-up records.
  • Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
  • Handle negotiation and assist clients throughout the booking process.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Update CRM and sales reports on a regular basis.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and project launches.
