We are looking for a customer-focused and sales-driven Relationship Manager to manage and grow the Commercial Vehicle (CV) business under the Saral Auto (SA) segment. The role involves handling customer service requests, selling liability and investment products, and enhancing customer relationships through cross-selling and referrals. The ideal candidate should have a blend of service and sales orientation with experience in financial services or banking.

Handle customer service tasks including account opening, DMAT services, and grievance resolution. Educate customers on product features and assist with service requests like cheque book issuance.
