• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and assist them in selecting suitable automobile parts and accessories.
• Understand customer requirements and provide product recommendations.
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and availability.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle billing coordination, order processing, and sales documentation.
• Coordinate with inventory and store teams regarding stock availability.
• Ensure proper product display and store presentation.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
