Role Overview

Join our dynamic team as an FRP/GRC Sales & Site Executive, where you'll handle end-to-end project execution for Fiber-Reinforced Plastic (FRP) and Glass-Reinforced Concrete (GRC) products while driving business growth. Split your time between active sites in Pune and Mumbai for hands-on delivery, and our Balewadi High Street headquarters for sales support, planning, and client pitches. This hybrid role rewards technical expertise with sales commissions for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Delivery: Lead installation of FRP/GRC products (e.g., manhole covers, gratings, tanks, architectural facades), ensuring compliance with design specs, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Project Coordination: Serve as the key liaison between clients, office teams, and site crewsmanaging measurements, daily progress reports (DPRs), and timelines.
• Quality & Safety Oversight: Perform inspections for material integrity and adherence to industry standards.
• Sales & Business Development: From the office, partner with the sales team to spot upsell opportunities, deliver technical proposals, provide product expertise to close deals, and nurture client relationships.
• Travel: Expect regular travel between Pune and Mumbai sites to hit project milestones.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: BE or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
• Technical Skills: Solid grasp of composite materials and structural applications.
• Experience: Site supervision or construction execution preferred; freshers with enthusiasm welcome.
• Communication: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi to lead teams and engage clients.
• Mobility: Flexible for travel; valid driver's license and personal vehicle a plus.
