Job Description
Core Job Responsibilities of an Airtel XFE:
· Sales Generation: Identify, approach, and convert potential customers into Airtel broadband users through door-to-door visits and society/RWA campaigns.
· Customer Education: Explain various Airtel broadband plans, benefits, and features to customers.
· Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales and installation targets.
· Lead Management: Develop leads from residential, commercial, and online sources.
· Documentation: Complete necessary customer documentation for new connections.
· Reporting: Daily hurdle call in morning , Regularly update sales progress and attendance in the Airtel App.
Competitor Feedback: Provide timely information on competitor activities to the Airtel team.
