Job Description

Experienced technician (3+ years) responsible for complex diagnostics and repairs across all vehicle systems. Leads and mentors junior technicians while ensuring quality standards and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair complex issues in engine, clutch, suspension, brake, and electrical systems
  • Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to junior and associate technicians
  • Conduct advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for recurring issues
  • Ensure all work meets manufacturer standards and company quality protocols
  • Perform quality checks and final inspections before vehicle delivery
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors and Service Manager on customer updates
  • Support warranty claims with accurate repair documentation
  • Stay current with vehicle technology advancements

Requirements Education

  • Diploma/ITI in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience: 3+ years as a senior technician in an automotive service center
  • Expertise in diagnosing engine, clutch, suspension, electrical, and braking systems
  • Proficiency with advanced diagnostic tools and software
  • Familiarity with hybrid and electric vehicle systems
