Job description

Technical Lead ( AI and Automation) • Strong understanding of automation tools (Power Platform, RPA). • Knowledge of AI and emerging technologies. • Good problem-solving and project mana • Identify opportunities to simplify processes through digital tools and automation. • HR Domain Experience  • Deliver end-to-end automation projects – from idea to implementation. • Use platforms such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and RPA tools. • Pilot new technologies (e.g., Copilot, AI solutions) to enhance productivity. • Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure successful adoption. • Track impact and report on automation outcomes (time, cost, and efficiency gains). • Guide and mentor team members on automation tools and best practices.
