Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Industry: BPO / Call Center

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

The Customer Support Executive is responsible for handling customer queries via calls, email, or chat, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls professionally
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain records of customer interactions
  • Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
  • Escalate complex issues to higher authorities when needed
  • Meet daily/weekly performance targets (calls, quality, etc.)

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills (English + regional language preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Active listening skills

Qualification:

  • 10th pass / Graduate (depending on company)
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Working Conditions:

  • Rotational shifts: (Day)
  • 5 or 6 working days per week
  • Work from office / Work from home (depends on company)

Salary Range (India):

  • ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month (varies by company & experience)
