Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telesales Executive who can handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, follow up with clients, and support the sales team. The candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

·        Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for relocation, packing, moving, and storage

              services.

·        Understand customer requirements and provide accurate quotations.

·        Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective follow-ups.

·        Coordinate with operations team for smooth service execution.

·        Maintain customer records and daily sales reports.

·        Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional communication.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and customer handling ability.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or Undergraduate can apply.
• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
• Experience in service-based industry will be preferred.
