Job Description
Job Title: Accounts Executive (Tally)
Location: Village Hardi, Bhimbhori, Bemetara, Chhattisgarh.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Department: Accounts / Finance
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with knowledge of Tally and basic accounting. The candidate will handle daily accounting work, billing, voucher entry, and inventory records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounts in Tally ERP
- Perform voucher entry (Purchase, Sales, Payment, Receipt, Journal)
- Prepare and manage invoices and billing
- Handle accounts filing and documentation
- Maintain proper records of financial documents
- Manage inventory and stock entries in Tally
- Assist in bank reconciliation
- Support in GST data preparation (if required)
- Coordinate with internal teams for accounts-related work
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Tally ERP
- Knowledge of voucher entry and billing
- Basic knowledge of inventory management
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
- 4-7 years of experience in accounts
