Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller.

Telecaller needs to give details of Ayurvedic medicine to customers and how the medicine will benefit them.

• Good Communication skills in Hindi.
• Must be able to use a basic computer
• Customer Relationship Management
• IMP: Payments based on Incentives
• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers based on provided leads or databases.
• Introduce and explain products or services to customers over the phone.
• Answer customer questions, provide accurate information, and address concerns or objections.
• Follow call scripts or guidelines provided by the company.
• Use persuasive selling techniques to influence customers and generate sales.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets.
• Update customer information and interactions accurately in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
• Handle customer complaints or issues, providing appropriate solutions or escalating them to supervisors if necessary.
• Keep track of and follow up with potential leads or callbacks.
