We are looking for Recruitment Executive to Handle the Client hiring / Bulk Hiring
Designation: Sr. Recruitment Executive / Field Recruitment Executive
Job Location: Harmu Ranchi Jharkhand
Salary: Up to 1.80.00 LPA to 2.40 LPA + Incentive
Industries: Recruitment & Staffing
Responsibilities
· Update current and design new recruiting procedures of our client
· Responsible for END to END Recruitment
· Supervise the recruiting team & Their Quality and report on its Delivery of Quality
· Keep track of recruiting metrics & Quality of Delivery
· Implement new sourcing methods
·
Requirements
· Proven work experience as in Recruitment / Bulk Hiring
· Hands-on experience in sourcing from Multipale Source
· Good holding Knowledge of Industries and hierarchy
· Any Graduate or MBA in Human Resources Management or Relevant
Other Details:
Working Days: 6 Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Location: Ahmedabad (Satellite)
