A Retail Sales Executive at BABYHUG focuses on delivering a high-quality shopping experience for parents and children while driving store revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Greet shoppers and proactively assist them with product inquiries, especially regarding baby gear, apparel, and toys.
Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information on features, pricing, and benefits to help customers make informed purchases.
Sales Targets: Actively cross-sell and up-sell products to meet daily and monthly sales quotas.
Inventory Management: Ensure shelves are well-stocked, maintain visual merchandising standards, and assist with stock replenishment.
Transaction Processing: Handle cash, credit, and debit payments accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
