Job Work / काम क्या होगा
- Create and manage factory order sheets for all products. कारखाने के लिए सभी प्रोडक्ट्स के ऑर्डर शीट बनाना और मैनेज करना।
- Enter order details accurately — product name, quantity, size, finish, packaging. ऑर्डर की सभी जानकारी सही से भरना — प्रोडक्ट का नाम, मात्रा, साइज, फिनिश, पैकेजिंग।
- Share order sheets with factory and manufacturers on time. ऑर्डर शीट समय पर फैक्ट्री और मैन्युफैक्चरर को भेजना।
- Maintain a proper file of all active and completed orders. सभी चालू और पूरे हुए ऑर्डर का सही रिकॉर्ड और फाइल रखना।
- Follow up with factory on pending or delayed orders. पेंडिंग या देरी वाले ऑर्डर के लिए फैक्ट्री से फॉलो अप करना।
- Report daily order status to the manager. हर दिन मैनेजर को ऑर्डर की स्थिति बताना।
Who Can Apply / कौन अप्लाई कर सकता है
- Minimum 1 year experience in order management, back office, or factory coordination. ऑर्डर मैनेजमेंट, बैक ऑफिस, या फैक्ट्री कोऑर्डिनेशन में कम से कम 1 साल का अनुभव हो।
- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (must). Excel या Google Sheets की अच्छी जानकारी होनी चाहिए (जरूरी है)।
- Basic computer knowledge required. बेसिक कंप्यूटर की जानकारी जरूरी है।
