Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and creative E-Commerce Executive to manage multiple aspects of our growing e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling marketplace operations, graphic designing, product research, and day-to-day website management.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage Shopify and Etsy stores.
  • Upload and optimize product listings.
  • Perform keyword research and basic SEO.
  • Handle customer queries and order coordination.
  • Create product images, banners, and social media creatives.
  • Edit basic videos and reels.
  • Conduct product and competitor research.
  • Identify new product opportunities and trends.
  • Prepare reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Support promotional campaigns and launches.
  • Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Canva AI for daily tasks.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or pursuing graduation.
  • Basic knowledge of Shopify and Etsy.
  • Familiarity with Canva and Photoshop.
  • Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Strong communication and analytical abilities.
  • E-commerce experience preferred.
  • Freshers with relevant skills can also apply.
