Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary:

An HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource activities, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and maintaining HR records. The role ensures smooth HR operations and supports organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)

Maintain employee records and HR databases

Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination

Assist in training and development programs

Handle employee queries and grievances

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Support performance management processes

Coordinate HR activities and employee engagement programs

Prepare HR reports and documentation

Attendance and Payroll

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of HR processes and policies

Basic understanding of labor laws

Organizational and multitasking abilities

Problem-solving skills

Proficiency in MS Office

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources (HR) or related field

Freshers or candidates with 1-3 years of experience can apply
