We are looking for a dedicated and responsible HR Executive with English communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment, coordinating with the sales team, and managing daily HR operations. This role requires a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and support various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment process (job posting, screening, calling candidates, scheduling interviews)
Coordinate with the Sales team regarding hiring requirements and candidate updates
Maintain candidate database and employee records
Assist in onboarding and joining formalities
Support day-to-day HR activities and administrative tasks
Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth communication
Maintain attendance, reports, and basic documentation
Requirements:
English communication skills (spoken and written)
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
