Junior Hr Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for office, sales, and technical roles

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

• Coordinate interviews with department heads

• Maintain candidate data and recruitment records

• Share regular hiring status updates with management

• Support onboarding and joining formalities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduation in HR or any relevant field

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to handle multiple positions at the same time

• Basic knowledge of HR processes
