Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage and convert incoming leads into admissions/customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills to nurture leads and achieve conversion targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with generated leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Counsel prospective students/clients and explain services in detail.
- Convert inquiries into admissions/sales through effective communication and relationship building.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain lead data and update status regularly in CRM/Excel.
- Handle objections and provide timely responses to increase conversions.
- Coordinate with the counseling/marketing team for lead management.
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
- Build trust with prospects and maintain a professional approach throughout the conversion process.
- Generate referrals from converted leads where possible.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or lead conversion (Education/Study Abroad industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to convince and convert leads effectively.
- Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, and WhatsApp Business tools.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience handling education/study abroad or MBBS admission leads.
- Strong understanding of sales pipeline management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
