Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Import/Export Accounting: Handle accounting for foreign currency transactions, exchange differences, and letter of credit (LC) operations.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Manage shipping/logistics invoices, freight costs, and customs duty charges. Ensure compliance with DGFT, FEMA guidelines, and SEZ regulations.
  • Regulatory & Taxes: File GST returns, handle TDS/TCS, and prepare E-Way bills for cross-border goods movement.
  • Financial Reporting: Maintain books in Tally ERP/TallyPrime, conduct bank reconciliations, and prepare monthly MIS reports, such as Profit & Loss statements.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor and customer ledgers, including international accounts payable and receivable.
