Job Purpose

We are looking for a Store Supervisor to manage daily store operations, coordinate order execution, ensure smooth deliveries, and provide excellent customer service by coordinating with customers and internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store and showroom.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for smooth order execution.
• Ensure orders are ready before delivery and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Coordinate post-delivery service and resolve customer concerns with the concerned team.
• Maintain stock records and ensure proper inventory management.
• Keep customer, order, and delivery records updated.
• Submit daily operational reports to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused and responsible.

Eligibility

Education

Graduate in any stream.

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in Store Operations, Retail, Inventory, or Customer Service.
• Experience in furniture, interiors, or home furnishing will be an added advantage.
