Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce company products and services

Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads

Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, references, and other sources

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers effectively

Maintain and update customer database and call records

Coordinate with the field sales team for site visits and closures

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Provide regular feedback on customer requirements and market trends
