Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to handle B2B and retail customer inquiries, generate orders, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete B2B sales (wholesalers) from office

• Manage retail customer inquiries via phone and       WhatsApp

• Share product catalogue, pricing, and offers with clients

• Build long-term relationships with retailers and bulk    buyers

• Maintain customer database and sales records

• Coordinate with dispatch team for order processing

• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Graduation compulsory

• 1–2 years sales experience preferred

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp

• Target-oriented and self-motivated
